SHOULDER INJURY Crossfit Injuries

Sprains shoulder and rotator cuff Strain 

One of the most common causes of shoulder pain, sprains shoulder can cause discomfort and pain during your daily activities, and make it painful or difficult to do things like raise your arms above your head or holding your arm to the side. The most frequently reported cases of sprains and strains rotators are pain and stiffness in the shoulder, and in some cases, radiating into the arm

Separated shoulder 

Another common shoulder injury, most often related to the patient falls on the shoulder or be struck in the area of the shoulder or the elbow. separated shoulders occur in a variety of severities and can demand anything of rest and rehabilitation to surgery

Biceps Tendinitis 

This injury involves inflammation of the tendon of the biceps muscle. The most common cause of biceps tendinitis involves physical activity using head movement as lifting and medicine ball workouts. The pain from this injury is usually described as a throbbing pain deep in the arm and shoulder

KNEE INJURY

ACL Sprain

An injury to common legs in high-intensity workouts, a sprained ACL occurs when the ACL ligament in the knee is over rotated or hyper-extended. This can be a painful injury that may require surgery in severe cases

IT Band Syndrome 

Another common knee injury, the IT Band syndrome involves irritation of the iliotibial band that runs from the hip to the knee. IT Band Syndrome is often caused by repetitive movements and the irregular shape in the exercise and is often seen in runners and cyclists

Knee Runner 

Runner's knee has been called the most common sports injury and is indicated by pain under the kneecap, also known as patellofemoral pain. Knee runners can also cause pain and be swelling around the kneecap that can be uncomfortable for cardio activities. The main cause of runner's knee is usually quoted as weak quad muscle causing the ball misaligned during workouts.
